About the app
Scroll Home is a video-first way to find your next home in London. The app is currently in early access ahead of its public launch — thanks for trying it out.

The fastest way to reach us is by email at info@scrollhome.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days.
If your message is about a specific listing or enquiry, please include a screenshot or the listing address so we can find it quickly.
Reporting a problem
If something isn't working — a crash, a video that won't play, a listing that looks wrong — please email us with:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Your device (iPhone or Android) and roughly when it happened.
Frequently asked questions
We'll publish answers to common questions here once the app is open to everyone. In the meantime, please reach out by email and we'll help directly.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Scroll Home account and all associated data at any time.
- In the app: open the Profile tab, tap the settings icon (top right), then Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.
- If you no longer have the app installed: email us at privacy@scrollhome.co.uk from the email address on your account, and we'll delete your account within 30 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (your name, email address, and phone number) and your saved listings. Any enquiries you have already sent are anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you — but the agent you enquired with already holds the contact details you chose to send them, and remains responsible for that copy.
